This year's MQFF program has been released and it features everything from big budget hollywood blockbuster Bros, to film festival darlings such as Cannes Queer Palm winner, Joyland.

Our picks are British gay rugby drama In from the Side, a documentary showcasing Victoria's drag scene, Victorian Queens, and opening night feature Private Desert, a queer romance set in contemporary Brazil.
Films will be played at several cinemas across the city - ACMI in Federation Square, Jam Factory in Prahran, Cinema Nova in Carlton and, for an outdoor experience, the rooftop cinema at the Victorian Pride Centre.
