Victorian Pride Centre

This multi-million dollar LGBT+ megaproject has just opened in St Kilda. Funded in combination between public and private sources, this is the second largest Pride Centre in the world (behind LA) and Australia's largest purpose-built centre for queer culture and life. 

This centre will be home to many LGBT+ organisations and will also act as a community hub with cafes and performance spaces created to bring the LGBT+ community together. 

This centre is a symbol of how far Australia and the world have come in regards to not just accepting queer people but celebrating our unique contribution and community.
