Bajamar sits along the Akti Koundourou waterfront, part of a stretch of bars facing the port, and it consistently draws the liveliest crowd of the lot. The views over the water are the obvious draw — arrive in the hour before sunset and you’ll understand the appeal immediately — but the cocktail programme backs it up. Signature drinks like the smoky tequila cocktail and the Aegean Melon gin are genuinely well-made, and the service has an easy warmth that makes it easy to stay longer than planned.
It runs all day from morning coffee through to well after midnight, but the sweet spot is early evening when the light is golden, the terrace fills up, and the music shifts gear.
