Arodo Loft Bar
A cosy loft bar in the heart of Agios Nikolaos with great cocktails, cool music, and famously warm staff. The sunset view from the terrace is reason enough to visit.
Arodo has been a fixture in Agios Nikolaos since 2014, and it's earned its loyal following the right way. You have to climb the stairs to find it — tucked above street level in the heart of town — but the payoff is a loft terrace with views over the port, a carefully put-together drinks list, and staff who genuinely seem to enjoy being there. The music is well-chosen without being intrusive, the vibe relaxed without being flat.
Sunset is the prime time — arrive with enough light to appreciate the view, cocktail in hand, and let the evening unfold from there. The food menu holds its own too, with burgers in particular drawing strong reviews, but Arodo is ultimately a bar worth visiting for the atmosphere as much as anything on the menu.
