Palazzo sits facing Kytroplatia Beach and makes the most of every centimetre of that position. The interior is minimalist chic — faux-marble walls, wood-topped tables — but most people are here for the alfresco terrace, where you can watch the beach do its thing over an excellent coffee or a well-made cocktail. The menu runs from breakfast through to late-night drinks, and the prices are genuinely reasonable for a spot with views this good.
Service is a highlight — the kind of attentive without being hovering that's harder to find than it should be.
