The brand started in Melbourne, but Sydney snapped it up fast – hosting DOOFs everywhere from multi-level clubs like The Ivy and Kinselas and even Mardi Gras harbour cruises on Glass Island.
From Melbourne rave to Sydney institution
POOF DOOF launched as a late-night rave in Melbourne before expanding north and helping re-energise Sydney’s big-room queer clubbing, taking over spaces like Kinselas and The Ivy with its signature lasers-and-lipstick chaos.
Expect a production level that feels more mini-festival than club night: LED walls, confetti blasts, themed takeovers and guest queens and pop divas dropping in for a number.
