Joy 94.9 is an independent LGBTIQA+ media organisation most known for its FM radio station broadcasting news, music and entertainment targeted to the LGBTIQA+ community. In addition to radio, they have diversified into podcasts and video streaming.
The organisation is not-for-profit and is mostly volunteer-based. They are located in the Victorian Pride Centre in St Kilda.
