A memorial in Green Park dedicated to gay men and lesbian women who were murdered, tortured or persecuted because of their sexuality. The location of Green park, between two nightlife districts, made it a convenient beat in the era before decriminalization of homosexuality (and after). It therefore became an epicentre of the AIDS crisis.
