Mya Tiger is part of Hotel Esplanade in St Kilda and with its prime location has stunning views out to Port Phillip Bay. The restaurant itself has loads of character thanks to the heritage status of the building and the opulent fitout that was partly inspired by the colonial architecture of Singapore's Raffles Hotel.
The menu has nods to Chinese classics and they also feature an impressive cocktail menu.
