The restaurant is laid out with several dining areas: Tables on the footpath provide al fresco dining to take in the buzz of Lygon street. A bar at the front of the restaurant with rose-toned marble tabletops provides casual dining and/or drinking. An open-air kitchen separates the front bar from the main dining area further back. Continue futher back and you reach a courtyard at the back of the building primarily used for functions and events.
The creative menu will have your mouth watering and wondering how some ingredients could go together, but rest assured because you are in good hands and every dish is served with care. Dishes are designed to be shared so it's perfect for date night. Even the pork chop is conveniently served in bite-sized pieces.
As you would expect for a wine bar, the extensive wine menu has something for every taste and the friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to provide suggestions if can't decide.
Don't just take our word for it, Timeout has included the wine bar in its top-50 Melbourne restaurants in 2022 and 2023.
